A5-WL is a Multi-wavelength pyrometer that uses an application-specific database derived from years of experience in real applications. A5-WL uses special algorithms to accurately calculate the actual temperature and emissivity of the surface during Laser Welding. A5-WL has Laser Emission Immunity for λ=910, 1032, and 1064nm (Each λ ≤ 1080nm) but not for keyhole welding mode. It has a laser pointer aligned with the detector to ensure the laser and detector look in the same spot. This helps with precise aiming even when going long distances. A5-WL offers Bluetooth communication to Android smartphones or laptops to view the measured temperature and adjust the parameters/selection of database and data logging.
