Kiln Monitoring System Temperature Control
A kiln monitoring system is vital for optimizing the performance and efficiency of cement kilns, particularly through the precise measurement of temperature. By integrating advanced temperature sensors and pyrometers, the system continuously tracks thermal profiles at key points, such as the kiln inlet, combustion zone, and cooler exit.
An Infrared Thermometer is recommended for the application. Infrared thermometer can be connected to a realtime plotter or to a PC for permanent record of the change in temperature over the 60 minutes for each sample.
